Arrived earlier than expected.works well, extremely happy with purchase
The Origin 48 is a great Incubator, fully Automatic which has been brilliant. Using it for the first time still a few days left to see the results. But so far the Incubator operation has been seemless.
This is one of the best incubators I have used so far. I practiced on quail eggs with huge success. Then hatched a baby macaw in it.
I will be purchasing another one very soon as a back up in case I get staggered laying from the macaws.
Items left out of order, having to wait weeks for an incubator that was needed urgently because they forgot to ship it with the rest of the order. Just not good enough.
Hi Andy, we’re sorry the delivery experience was frustrating. We’ve checked your August order and can confirm no items were forgotten. The products were sent separately from our warehouse and our supply partners, and all items were delivered. The camera shipment took longer than expected, and we contacted you with updates during that time. We appreciate your repeat business and welcome any questions about your deliveries directly.
Brought the Origin26 and absolutely love it, only topped the water up at day 18 (which it probably didn't need it) and hatched 12 from 12 with no problems, keeps it's temperature and humidity well
Dispatched quickly. Aus post delivery was a whole different issue 😂
Relatively easy to put together.
Unfortunately it’s not snake proof
Very happy with incubation and hatching, easy to use. I highly recommend this incubator.
The online chat support from Uneek Poultry was great when I had a few questions during lockdown. A+
Fabulous service. Excellent lesson emails. Amazing product.
First hatch due soon and I couldn’t have done it without Uneek’s help.
This is my second incubator purchased from Uneek Poultry, and I’ve been happy with them! Great experience buying from them again. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality incubator. Thanks Uneek Poultry! 😊
Great after sales service, I asked a question about the product operation & it was answered straight away, very helpful
I purchased two of these incubators and couldn’t be happier with them, so easy virtually set and forget until the last few days excellent hatch results thank you Uneek poultry your service is outstanding
Great product range and instructional videos online. Fast shipping too. Will buy from again!
The service from this company is out standing would recommend to everyone
I just cleaned mine this morning and thought I better drop a review.
Four years now of running this incubator almost non stop for 9 months a year. I have to take a week off between hatches because of brooder space constraints, but that gives me just enough time to clean the incubator, let it dry properly and turn it on for the next 22 eggs. Haven't bought chicken from Coles for a few years now. Feeding a family of three from this incubator.
Last year I had to replace the fan as I could hear that the bearing was on their way out. Local computer store had a fan of the same dimensions. Have to fill the water daily as I wasn't lucky enough to get the new widget I see is sent out with every sale now. Oh well, gives me reason to check on things every day.
Can't reccomend this incubator enough. It's probably time to upgrade to one with higher egg capacity but I can't stop using something that is in working order.
Get it now. You won't regret it.
Thanks, Jacques! Four years of regular hatching and helping feed your family—that’s wonderful to hear. We appreciate you sharing your experience.
The clear view is one of our favourite features of the Nurture Right 360 too. It sounds like yours has well and truly earned its place!
The “widget” you mentioned is our HatchMate water filler, and it comes with the incubator free. It’s also available separately if you’d like to add one to your existing incubator. Just get in touch and we’ll happily help.
Thanks again for such a thoughtful review, and happy hatching!
Fast efficient and product was supplied and worked as advertsied. Have used before and will use again.
Great product, too bad I can't read the size. But I made it work.
Quick shipping. Highly recommended.
Fantastic customer service, prompt delivery & after sales care
looks good, easy to set up. Waiting for guineas to lay and then it will be full blast. Good service, arrived in a few days. Very happy.
