GQF Incubators

Uneek Poultry is now the official Australian importer of GQF Incubators and equipment, bringing these trusted American-made products directly to Australian breeders.

GQF Manufacturing Company Inc. began in 1957 as Georgia Quail Farm in Savannah, Georgia, producing live birds for hunting preserves. To streamline operations, GQF developed its own laying cages and equipment — later offered to small breeders through mail order and local farm supply stores. In 1970, Georgia Quail Farm became G.Q.F. Manufacturing Company Inc.

Operating from a working farm allowed GQF to design practical, affordable, and reliable poultry equipment suited to real-world conditions. In the 1960s, GQF introduced the famous Hova-Bator incubator, made from foam plastic for excellent insulation, low power consumption, and precise thermostat control.

In 1974, GQF added automatic egg turning to its cabinet incubators — the first in their class to offer this feature — and in 1980 developed a patented continuous turning egg turner for the Hova-Bator, setting a new standard for low-cost automatic incubation.

Today, GQF Manufacturing Company continues to test, refine, and improve poultry and game bird equipment for breeders worldwide. Their commitment to quality, innovation, and support has made them one of the most respected names in incubation.

Uneek Poultry will this year be offering the popular GQF Hatcher and Sportsman Incubators in Australia, expanding the range next year.
We will then stock the full range of GQF incubators and accessories in Australia, with local support and fast delivery.

GQF Manufacturing Company has a program to continuously test, develop and seek improvements in game bird and poultry equipment for the small breeder and to assist the breeder with technical support.  Our technicians and sales personnel offer years of experience to customers requiring knowledge on the use of GQF equipment.  This is done to give users of GQF equipment the best chance of success in raising birds.
