Which incubators does it fit
Important — Origin Series only
This part fits genuine Uneek Origin incubators only. It will not fit Chinese imitations of the Origin models, even though they look similar externally.

How to tell it's the pump
If your humidity's dropping and the tubing looks fine, the pump is likely the cause:

Unplug the incubator and empty the water reservoir completely.

Mark the hoses with tape (inlet vs outlet) before disconnecting anything.

Disconnect the hoses and unplug the pump from the control board.

Unscrew the pump mount and lift the old pump out.

Fit the new pump in the same spot, reconnect hoses and power.

Refill with clean water and run for 60 seconds to prime the line — check for leaks.
