Origin DryPot – Protect Your Incubator & Control Humidity
The Origin DryPot is a reusable, high-performance desiccant capsule designed to remove excess moisture from your incubator when it’s not in use. By drawing out leftover humidity after hatching or cleaning, the DryPot helps prevent internal corrosion and protects sensitive electronics — extending the life of your incubator.
While its main purpose is long-term incubator protection, the Origin DryPot offers an added advantage during incubation or egg storage: it helps stabilise humidity levels quickly when moisture rises higher than expected or isn’t dropping fast enough on its own. Simply place it inside the unit and let the DryPot assist in bringing humidity back under control.
How It Works
The Origin DryPot uses premium blue indicating desiccant, which turns pink as it absorbs moisture. When fully saturated, it can be easily reactivated for reuse.
Reactivation Instructions
When the desiccant turns pink:
- Pour Decissant Beads onto an Oven Tray and Heat in an oven at 120°C for 2–3 hours, or until it returns to a deep blue.
- Allow to cool
- Pour Decissant Beads back into Origin DryPot and its ready to go again.

Safety Information
The Origin DryPot uses modern cobalt-free indicating silica gel, which is completely safe, non-toxic and free from harmful chemicals. The desiccant material is odourless, non-reactive and suitable for use inside incubators and enclosed storage environments. It will not release any fumes or residues, making it safe for eggs, equipment and household use.
