This is the genuine control board for the Janoel 24s incubator, supplied directly from the Janoel factory.

The control board is the brain of the incubator. It reads the temperature and humidity sensors, drives the display, and switches the heating element and fan. If your display is blank, showing garbled characters, or the incubator has stopped holding temperature even though the heating element and sensors test fine, the control board is the likely cause.

Fits: Janoel 24s only. If you have the standard Janoel 24, order the Janoel 24 Control Board instead.

Replacement is a straightforward DIY job. The sensors and power connections plug directly into the board. If you are not sure which part your incubator needs, contact Uneek Poultry Customer Support before ordering and we will help you diagnose it.

was told by the company this would fix my problem but it didnt so i wasted money and having only used the incubtor once and it no longer works and the company has no interest in helping i wont be buying another

As we explained to you, if replacing the control board didn't fix it the problem you are seeing it will be elsewhere within the incubator.
It disappoints to read this review when we offered to help you as much as possible. We even offered to repair and test it for you.
Your incubator wasn't purchased originally from us and therefore any repairs would need to be paid for.
By the time you pay for any parts, labour and the cost of shipping from your location to us and back it would make more sense to purchase a new unit.
