Nurture Right 360 Incubator

I am half way through incubating my first batch of eggs.
The candling feature is good but found I had to use a rubber ring to better seal the light.
I have had some issues with humidity. I am from a humid climate (North Queensland) trying to incubate during a very wet, wet season and couldn’t get it below 55-60% unless it was in an air conditioned room. I bought a hygrometer and found out my Nuture Right was out by 7-8%.
I’m waiting on my first hatch to see the results but so far happy with my purchase.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience – it’s really helpful for others too!

You’ve done a great job troubleshooting, especially in such a humid climate like North Queensland during the wet season – that’s always a tough one for incubation!

Just a tip for anyone else reading: if you're using a separate hygrometer, it’s a good idea to double-check that it’s calibrated correctly before comparing readings. A simple salt test works well for this – we’ve got a guide on how to do it in our Blog Articles if anyone wants to give it a go.

With humidity, what you’ve noticed is very common across all incubator brands. When the ambient humidity is high, the incubator can’t lower it on its own, so placing it in an air-conditioned room or having a fan gently circulating air around it can make a big difference. It’s not just the Nurture Right – even premium incubators face the same challenge in wet-season conditions.

Wishing you all the best with your first hatch – fingers crossed for a great result! Keep us posted, and thanks again for your feedback 😊

Incubator

We ordered a Nurture right 360 incubator.
We put it to work straight away with 16 eggs. Very easy to set up and understand how to use. The candling feature was great to check eggs at day 10 and 18. We were then able to remove non fertile eggs. We ended up hatching 10 New Hampshire chickens. All fit and healthy. We are about to set 28 Guinea fowl eggs and are hoping we have the same easy success rate.
